o1. Please post pictures you want to use since it takes up a lot of time to search. If you're posting a link to a gallery, have the link so that it's in a specific album and not just there for me to choose any picture.<BR>
o2.Don't change my work since it's happen before, If you don't like something on the artwork let me know and i'll change it to your likeing.<BR>
o3.I take requests for banners/wallpapers/icons/forum banners and uncoded website banners<BR>
o4.Make sure you have the size of the banner or wallpaper if you don't my default size is 500x175<BR>
o5.I'm also able to make myspace layouts if you have a specific size let me know, my default size for the layouts are 1024x768<BR>
o6.Send the form to my email with the tile being EI(and your name) so I know that you've read the rules.<BR>
